Great hotel, currently staying here for our honeymoon. Staff are friendly. Guests are mainly of a more mature age and the entertainment suites them. Great base for exploring. Pool lovely and empty, can always get a sunbed, beach a short walk away. Strip of bars, restaurants and shops close by. Great place and great hotel with welcome drinks on arrival.
Amazing hotel & value for money. Stunning views. Nice drinks and food options. Room was huge and spacious. Private elevator to beach. We want to come back!
Loved it!! We stayed at this hotel for a week and absolutely loved it. First of all, the staff is just amazing. Everyone we've met has been incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive.
The rooms are very spacious with an amazing bathroom and a large balcony.
Food from the buffet was very good. More than enough choice and a good variety from day to day. The staff in the restaurant was very attentive. Food at the poolbar was very good as well. Only let down was the dinner we had in their speciality restaurant Krystal. The quality of food wasn't as good as what we had in the other restaurants and we felt a bit rushed getting three huge portions in a little over an hour.
We loved the treatments we got at the spa. I had the best facial ever and my husband had a great massage and good advice for his back pain.
The location is perfect. You are next to an amazing beach and have shops and restaurants in walking distance.
There is a nice little convenience store next door that has a great ice-cream shop next to it.
Can't really fault it. Probably not quite a five star but close enough. Rooms are nice, especially those with the sea view are extra special. Buffets have a great selection of quality food. You'll need a nice hotel as there isn't much to do around.
Nice hotel, beautiful outdoors areas and elegant rooms. Average food buffet. Wish they would give you a decent room option after a complain instead of a lower category one (especially if you booked one of the best types) but overall great experience right in front of the beach.
Just got back from 2 weeks here. Really nice hotel, room we had was huge and a good standard. Only b+b, but breakfast was excellent, good quality and plentiful. Staff very friendly, pool quite small but fine, plenty of sunbeds around for all (people did reserve them from 8ish despite sign saying not allowed), but we never had trouble getting some. Poolside food was good, not too expensive. Drinks also ok, but cocktails and long drinks expensive as expected. Staff work incredibly hard, and all very friendly... Although if I'm being honest, reception staff are professional rather than friendly, answered questions but minimum engagement (in fairness I don't speak Spanish). We asked about dining in one night, quoted 45 euros each, which is a crazy amount...we ate out every night locally in all the top rated restaurants and never came near that cost despite having 3 courses, drinks and coffees. Also asked about delaying check out of room, quoted 15 euros an hour (if room was free). Again, mad price! I would however definitely return, we loved the hotel and the area, beach fantastic(no naked old people when we were there in early July!). One thing to note, the hotel is definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, and forget it if you are in a wheel chair, it's simply not set up for anyone not fully mobile.
Amazing place. The beach in front is very calm. Close to restaurants that you can walk to.
Had a lovely relaxing holiday here, 10 days of rest and relaxation. Excellent food, very courteous and friendly staff. No problem finding a free lounger through the day. Stunning location, beautiful beach, clean and inviting. Very good local amenities. Rooms always cleaned well. Could have done with more pillows.
